Our mattress are manufactured & packaged in a clean and disinfected environment. Delivery personnel are trained to handle the product well & ensure the hygiene of the bedding product during the whole delivery process.

• Temperature of the delivery personnel will me measured and noted on the delivery order form
• Delivery personnel will sanitise their hands before handling the product
• 1st layer of the PE bag will be disposed into the external rubbish bin of the customer’s premises upon request
• To remove the PE bag, customers are advised to pull the PE bag all the ay using the inside-out method and dispose into the external rubbish bin
