Trade-In Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
• This promotion is valid at selected Slumberland authorised dealers in Peninsular Malaysia only and is not applicable for East Malaysia.

2. Product Applicability
• This promotion is applicable for mattress purchases only. Accessories, bedframes, and other bundled items are not entitled unless otherwise stated.

3. Participating Stores
• The promotion is valid at participating retail stores listed on the official Slumberland website and Slumberland official website. Purchases made via Shopee and Lazada are not eligible.

4. Trade-In Offer
• Customers are entitled to:
‣ 5% rebate when trading in any non-Slumberland mattress.
‣7% rebate when trading in an existing Slumberland mattress (proof may be required).
• Rebate value may vary depending on the selected mattress model and size.

5. Trade-In Requirement
• Trade-in is based on a one-to-one basis (1 purchased mattress = 1 traded-in mattress).
• The old mattress must be surrendered upon delivery of the new mattress.
• Failure to provide the trade-in mattress will result in forfeiture of the rebate.

6. Mattress Condition
• All mattress brands and conditions are accepted, however Slumberland reserves the right to reject mattresses that are heavily infested, hazardous, or unsuitable for handling.

7. Proof of Ownership
• For Slumberland mattress trade-ins, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt/warranty card) to qualify for the 7% rebate.

8. Discount & Promotion Combination
• This promotion may not be combined with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing is subject to selected model, size, and ongoing bundle offers.

9. Pricing Conditions
• Discounts are applied based on recommended retail price (RRP).
• Prices may vary depending on configurations and promotional bundles.

10. Logistics & Delivery
• Trade-in must be completed at the time of product delivery
• Additional delivery, disposal, or handling charges may apply depending on location.
• Delivery lead time may vary during the promotion period.

11. No Cash Value
• Trade-in rebate is not exchangeable for cash or credit and cannot be transferred.

12. Campaign Duration
• Promotion is valid from 1st June – 30th June 2026, or while stocks last.

13. Stock Availability
• All purchases are subject to stock availability.

14. Rights of the Organizer
• Slumberland reserves the right to:
