Shipping & Delivery
This page forms the Shipping and Delivery details and in accordance with which we supply Products (each a “Product”) listed on our website www.slumberland.com.my (our “Website”) to you. Please take some time to read these terms before ordering any Products from our Website. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 Following the Full Movement Control Order (FMCO) enforcement from 1st June 2021 till 14th June 2021, kindly be informed that our logistics will only be able to deliver the orders after the FMCO has been lifted. We at Slumberland Malaysia once again would like to thank our customers for their support and understanding on this matter.
1.2 Slumberland purchases are shipped to customers for free.
1.3 The delivery is made by our own delivery team or our respective courier service partners.
1.4 Please note that we currently only deliver to West Malaysia.
1.5 We aim to deliver our Product to your delivery address when the products is in stock within 14 working days.
1.6 We shall notify you in case there is late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
1.7 Upon receiving of our Product, you may be required to sign for confirmation of receiving your order. Upon signing, you confirm that your order is received without any damages. You may contact Slumberland Customer Service Team at 03-8925 0230 or email@example.com for further assistance.
1.8 If you wish to change your order delivery date, kindly inform Slumberland Customer Service Team at 03-8925 5576 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Change of delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our delivery team. Delivery team will contact customers after their purchase to arrange the delivery. Slumberland may charge additional delivery fees for any last-minute change of delivery date and time.
