Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Our 100-night trial is not a joke nor a marketing ploy. It is as real as it comes. This page outlines the trial terms, along with our returns, refunds, and cancellation policy.

1.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your Slumberland mattress, you may initiate a return at enquiry.my@hildinganders.com within 100 (one hundred) nights of receipt and arrange for a return pick-up. Yes, this means we will pick up your purchased Slumberland mattress at your residence.
1.2 Please note that your mattress must be wrapped up securely using a plastic, or any other material, in order to avoid the mattress from getting dirty or damaged during transportation. Should you fail to do this, Slumberland will charge RM300 as a compensation fee (for cleaning and repairs purposes) which will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.
1.3 The 100 nights count will start from the date of delivery and collection.
1.4 All items must be received by us Slumberland in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund.
1.5 Please note that you must also be a full-paying customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 days to be eligible for a return and thus refund. As to why this is, this is because your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress. As such, we require that you use your mattress for at least 30 days before making a return and thus refund request.
1.6 To be eligible for a refund, your mattress must be in a donatable condition (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odours).
1.7 In addition, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for you to be available for the scheduled return pick-up time.
1.8 In the event that we are unable to contact you or reach you, or if you do not respond to any of our attempts to contact you after the 100 nights trial period, you will no longer be eligible for a return and thus refund.
1.9 The 100-night trial is limited to one per household and cannot be used to exchange a mattress for another size. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size, want to change the size, upgrade or downgrade.
2.0 Pick up address must be the same as delivery address and return is only valid in West Malaysia.
2.1 Cancellations: You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.
2.2 No cancellation fees shall be applicable.
2.3 Once an Order has been dispatched, it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to Slumberland according to the terms provided on this page.
